Not too pushy, our salesman Michael was helpful and once we told him we knew exactly what we wanted nobody pushed us to get something different. They sold us a car with a full detail and a full tank of gas. It was a smooth process and the finance guy actually had some decent coverages with the warranties that they usually try to sell.

Initially, I had an issue with the maintenance service completed and the pricing. However, the Quick Lane manager stepped in and worked with the service agent, and they made my bill right. They also were very good to explain the work that has been done and any future work that is recommended.
