Made an appointment to get my headlights aligned. Brought my vehicle in, on time and was told it would be up to 90 minutes before my car even gets in the shop. So appointment was pointless. After over an hour of waiting they finally tell me that the technician specialist is on his day off. They then told me that they don't actually have the equipment to align headlights, they only eye ball it and they were going to charge me $90 for eye balling it. Save your money and go elsewhere. Service good as expected at a Ford dealership but expensive! Almost makes me want to go to a neighborhood shop to get work done. Analyzer alone was $189. Almost $200 for plugging in and reading a computer. Analysis, airflow sensor and air filter $645!!

Was not explained how to use the new data process screen even though we explained that we knew nothing of how it was to be used or operated. Derrick was very polite and contacted us when necessary. The paperwork we received from financing has the wrong county even though we told them we live in Lawrence now we have to make another trip back to correct it. Finance is very slow in processing even though they had info ahead of arrival. 2.5 hours on a done deal is way to slow

We purchased a new Explorer ST line from Corwin. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I feel we were dealt with respectfully and honestly. I feel we received a very fair deal. Parker, Dakota, the two finance people and the sales manager were all great!! At some point in the future, if we buy another vehicle, Corwin will be out first and maybe only stop!!
Dakota was in his first days on the job yet he was conscientious and honest about what he did or did not know. He ensured we had answers to our questions and worked to get us into the vehicle we were searching for. He was great to work with.

I can't say enough good things about the Corwin ford people. We were out of town for a funeral and our vehicle tore up. We came in late and everyone was very welcoming and friendly asking if I need help or was being helped. Our salesman JC Miller was outstanding and did everything we asked and then some. This dealership worked very hard to get me a deal on a trade in. They got my payment where I wanted it. When I came to pickup my vehicle the papaer work was ready. I was on my way in less thaan hour. Also my salesman kept me informed but was not pushy .

I purchased a 2019 Ford F150 Lariat with 41,636 miles at CorwinFordofSpringfield. The truck was miss represented at sale and had previous engine oil consumption, and transmission shifting problems. I have put 3,000 miles on the truck and it now needs a new engine and transmission work. The truck is still under factory warranty by one month, thank God. Not too pushy, our salesman Michael was helpful and once we told him we knew exactly what we wanted nobody pushed us to get something different. They sold us a car with a full detail and a full tank of gas. It was a smooth process and the finance guy actually had some decent coverages with the warranties that they usually try to sell.

The Mustang we bought from Corwin still has many of the issues it had when we bought it. Many of the things were supposed to be fixed before we picked it up but were not! Although we've had it in the shop several times, the window still whistles at highway speeds and doesn't fit correctly. It is very, very annoying.
