By coincidence we were greeted by sales consultant Trandan Darnall when we arrived at Corwin Ford in Springfield. Per request Trandan brought several potential vehicles for us to view and test drive. Eventually we landed on one that we liked. We wanted to “sleep on the idea” before making a final decision. Trandan didn’t apply the common pressure to prevent us from leaving without committing. We feel that we got the vehicle that we wanted at a reasonable price and a fair price for our trade.

I just bought a 2025 ford F150, and the experience was great. My salesperson Tyler Carrico made the process easy. As all strange turns of events go... This one was by far the hardest. My rear differential and clutch went out on my Bronco Sport. Under warranty, yes, but we are 1,170 miles from home. Bigfoot (Richard Palid) not only helped us with what to do, but then sold us a brand new Bronco Sport! He is absolutely the greatest. Come see him. Almost had a crash due to a broken steering wheel cowl that was hidden and covered up when I had airbags replaced. Great job, Corwin - obvious pry marks on the plastic tabs which are broken. Even better that you covered it up and didn't tell the customer, put the cowl back in place where it's rattled, and then it comes off in traffic.
Best part? NOT EVEN PART OF THE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE. Way to go almost causing me to crash because the cowl bound up the steering wheel on the freeway, Corwin. Way to go.
