This is a very impressive organization with very friendly staff. Our sales agent Michael Wollweber was very knowledgeable of the Hyundai Palisade we wanted to buy. Derrick Pearson went far above and beyond in being helpful when I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL. I have never been treated so well. I'm getting older, have MS and can't take heat. I took my vehicle to Corwin Ford of Springfield for an oil change on all baoxes and general checkup after a body shop completed extensive paint work following hail damage. During the inspection, they discovered the horn was unplugged and asked if I wanted it reconnected. I said yes, not expecting the cost to be so high.
They charged $815.22 just to reconnect the horn. That is ridiculous.
I’m not saying the service is bad—the staff and work itself were fine. The problem is that it’s way overpriced.

I am narrowing down my list of potential next vehicles, and he answered any questions I had and added some information that you may not readily get on YouTube.
